Vertek Corporation Announces Appointment of Rob Pedrosa as Director of Telecom Operations

Pedrosa to Lead Vertek’s Telecommunication Division

Vertek Corporation, a leading provider of innovative endto-end telecom solutions for carriers, MSPs, channel partners and more, announces the appointment of Rob Pedrosa to lead the company’s telecommunication division. Pedrosa brings his project leadership and extensive knowledge of networking, design and development of complex network systems to Vertek Corporation to deliver operational excellence.

Pedrosa has held many leadership positions over his 25-year career in IT, customer satisfaction and infrastructure management. Most recently he served as the Director of Live Game Operations at Hirez Studios where he built and developed industry-leading infrastructure operations teams, which enabled Hirez to realize the best uptime in the company’s history while reducing operations costs. Prior to Hirez, Pedrosa held leadership positions at companies such as Level 3 Communications (now Lumen Technologies), EarthLink, Internap Hosting and Spread Networks where he led the only TL9000 certified Network Operations Center in North America.
