Vertek Cybersecurity Sponsors Whalley Computer’s 7th Annual City Technology Roadshow!

Five cities traveled in the month of May!  We have been busy and on the road through the month of May with one of our newer regional partners, Whalley Computers!  Several Vertek team members attended all road show events, which included the 5 below stops:

• May 1, 2019- Rivers Casino, Schenectady, NY
• May 2, 2019- Gillette Stadium, Foxboro, MA
• May 3, 2019- Foxwoods Casino, Ledyard, CT
• May 29, 2019- Hilton Burlington, Burlington, VT
• May 31, 2019- Del Largo Casino, Waterloo, NY

In addition to Vertek, other top security vendors included Palo Alto, Aerohive, Checkpoint, Sophos, Barracuda, Cisco, Aruba and SonicWall.  Throughout the show, there were over 35 vendors in attendance!  Over 400 attendees had the chance to discuss new technologies, the value of partnering with Whalley, and how Managed Threat Intelligence can help improve their cybersecurity footprint within their organization.  Stopping by the Vertek booth were folks from many business industries such as, large regional energy companies, Business Development Corporations, Colleges and Universities, regional Banks, law enforcement, Hospitals, municipalities, Credit Unions, State Governments and large retail outfits.
